UX Content Design
Welcome to my content style for Sales Platform, an internal team focused on designing a data-driven CRM for Google ad sellers. This guide was designed to help the non-writers in our org create clear and concise content for our users.
In this guide, I break down our goals, our audiences, and our principles. While at Google I created an internal website to house our guidelines. I worked with PM's, UX designers, UX researchers, and team leads to create a guide that was easy to understand and implement.
Because we we and our users were an internal team, we faced a lot of challenges with how we approached and treated our users when designing and shipping products. It was important to me that these guidelines be specialized and specific on how we talk to and treat even an internal user.
Using this guide I was able to update over 50% of our content before being laid off. I also wrote specific guidelines for teams and effectively raised the understanding of how powerful content can be in creating successful experiences with our products within our org.
